These terms govern your use of the Modern Dental Box website and related sample, waitlist, mockup, and ordering interactions.

Eligibility and business use

  • Modern Dental Box provides products and services for licensed dental practices, dental groups, and authorized representatives acting on behalf of those organizations.
  • By using this website, requesting samples, joining the waitlist, submitting a mockup request, or placing an order, you represent that you are using the service for business purposes and that you have authority to act for your practice or organization.
  • Modern Dental Box does not sell products through this website for direct retail purchase by patients or consumers.

Professional evaluation kits

  • Professional Evaluation Kits and sample units are provided solely for business, product-fit, branding, and operational evaluation by qualified dental practices.
  • Evaluation kits and sample units are not for resale. Recipient practices must not bill any patient, private insurer, Medicare, Medicaid, or other third-party payer for the contents of these evaluation units.
  • Acceptance of an evaluation kit, sample, or early-access unit does not create a purchase commitment and does not guarantee future product availability, refill availability, contents, timing, or pricing.

Product claims and clinical responsibility

  • Modern Dental Box offers professional-grade presentation, storage, and fulfillment systems designed to support the patient experience and home-care workflows established by the practicing clinician.
  • Final responsibility for clinical decisions, treatment recommendations, patient instructions, and patient oral-health outcomes remains with the licensed dental professional.
  • Modern Dental Box does not make specific medical claims regarding the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, prevention, or cure of dental disease, including claims about plaque reduction, gum-health improvement, disease prevention, chair-time reduction, or treatment follow-through.
  • Use of inserts, care-plan cards, refill reminders, educational materials, or patient-facing messages is controlled by the practice and should be reviewed by the practice for clinical accuracy and suitability.

Patient-facing use and promotional compliance

  • Modern Dental Box is designed as a patient experience and home-care support system for practices. We do not represent that any particular patient-facing promotion, gift, incentive, advertisement, or thing of value is permitted under state dental-board rules or other applicable law.
  • Practices are responsible for reviewing patient-facing use, including promotional claims, gifts, inducements, advertising language, new-patient offers, and state-board compliance, with their compliance advisor, attorney, or applicable regulatory authority.
  • Nothing on this website or in these terms should be read as a legal opinion, compliance clearance, or instruction to advertise Modern Dental Box as a no-cost patient offer, acquisition special, or stated-value promotion.

Orders, availability, and evaluations

  • Product configurations, included items, refill availability, evaluations, sample availability, branding options, production timelines, and pricing are subject to change until accepted in a confirmed order.
  • Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect final branded configurations, included contents, or production variations.
  • Custom branding depends on practice-provided artwork, production review, and approval by Modern Dental Box.
  • We may decline requests, limit evaluation quantities, or refuse service where we cannot verify a business relationship, practice eligibility, or compliance with these terms.

Return and guarantee policy

  • We want every dental office to feel confident introducing Modern Dental Box to their patients. Because many orders include custom branding, practice-specific materials, and personalized components, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting custom orders that cannot be resold.
  • For your first order, you have 60 days from delivery to make sure Modern Dental Box is a good fit for your practice. If something does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, correction, account credit, redesign support, or an approved return or refund for eligible unused items.

Custom branded orders

  • Custom branded items are final sale once the design, logo, color selection, proof, or customization details have been approved and the order has moved forward.
  • This includes custom boxes, branded inserts, personalized displays, practice-specific materials, and any other custom components created for your office.
  • If Modern Dental Box makes an error on your approved order, we will correct or replace the affected items at no additional cost.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • If any item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will replace the affected items, issue a credit, or provide a refund when appropriate.

Cancellations, returns, and recurring refills

  • Orders may be cancelled before customization or fulfillment begins. Once an order has moved forward with custom branding, preparation, or fulfillment, cancellations may not be available.
  • Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return approval is required before sending any items back.
  • Custom branded items, opened hygiene-related items, and used products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Recurring refill plans may be cancelled before the next billing or fulfillment date. Any refill order that has already moved forward may not be eligible for cancellation.

Planning tools and scenario examples

  • Any pricing calculator, ROI reference, scenario model, cost comparison, refill example, or planning estimate on the website is illustrative only.
  • Scenario examples are not promises, projections, guarantees, typical results, legal determinations, or compliance determinations.
  • Actual results depend on each practice's patients, pricing, follow-up process, patient communications, clinical recommendations, and use of inserts, care-plan cards, refill reminders, or other materials.

Acceptable use

  • You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit false eligibility information, or use the site in violation of law.
  • You may not copy, scrape, republish, or exploit site content, product imagery, or materials except as allowed by applicable law or with our written permission.

Intellectual property

  • The website, branding, product descriptions, layouts, graphics, and related materials are owned by Modern Dental Box or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
  • Practice-supplied logos, artwork, and uploaded assets remain the property of the submitting party or its licensors. You grant us a limited license to use those materials to review, prepare, and fulfill your request.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The website and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except to the extent such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
  • Modern Dental Box does not guarantee referrals, recall visits, treatment acceptance, accepted add-ons, revenue growth, return on investment, clinical outcomes, patient compliance, or chair-time reduction.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Dental Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from clinical outcomes, practice operations, third-party products, or reliance on site content.
  • Any direct liability related to the website or these terms will be limited to the amount, if any, that you paid directly to Modern Dental Box for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it informally before pursuing formal legal remedies.
