These terms govern your use of the Modern Dental Box website and related sample, waitlist, mockup, and ordering interactions.

Modern Dental Box provides products and services for licensed dental practices, dental groups, and authorized representatives acting on behalf of those organizations.
By using this website, requesting samples, joining the waitlist, or placing an order, you represent that you are using the service for business purposes and that you have authority to act for your practice or organization.

Professional Evaluation Kits and sample units are provided solely for clinical and operational evaluation by qualified dental practices.
Evaluation kits are not for resale. Recipient practices must not bill any patient or third-party payer, including private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, for the contents of these evaluation units.
Acceptance of an evaluation kit, sample, or early-access unit does not create a purchase commitment and does not guarantee future product availability or pricing.

Modern Dental Box offers professional-grade presentation, storage, and fulfillment systems designed to support the hygiene and operational standards established by the practicing clinician.
Final responsibility for clinical decisions, treatment recommendations, patient instructions, and patient oral-health outcomes remains with the licensed dental professional.
Modern Dental Box does not make specific medical claims regarding the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or cure of dental disease.

Product configurations, evaluations, sample availability, branding options, and production timelines are subject to change without notice.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect final branded configurations, included contents, or production variations.
Custom branding depends on practice-provided artwork, production review, and approval by Modern Dental Box.
We may decline requests, limit evaluation quantities, or refuse service where we cannot verify a business relationship, practice eligibility, or compliance with these terms.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit false eligibility information, or use the site in violation of law.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, or exploit site content, product imagery, or materials except as allowed by applicable law or with our written permission.

The website, branding, product descriptions, layouts, graphics, and related materials are owned by Modern Dental Box or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
